Stephanie’s long running podcast is an absolute treasure trove of commentary, knowledge and understanding on the sometimes complex, but always fascinating intersection between art, law and justice. It covers a huge variety of issues from so many perspectives and each and every episode provides food for thought, and leaves one keen to hear what will come next. My go-to art law podcast, every time!

Warfare of Art and Law explores the full range of the intersection of art and law and the people involved in it: from Holocaust restitution, copyright, and artists’ moral rights to artists whose work addresses social justice issues, art law practitioners, and art historians.
The podcast, while focused on a discrete subject, has a wide range, much like the eclectic mind of its host. Stephanie Drawdy is curious about the connections between art and justice, and is a thoughtful host who brings her experiences as both an artist and an attorney to her role.
Her original painting series Elicit Justice [..] highlights key legal battles seeking restitution of famous pieces of art. Like the podcast, these pieces are something only Stephanie, with her deep knowledge of Holocaust art law, keen sense of justice, and artist sensibility could create.
